Passengers holding a return ticket for the Reggia Express can purchase an entrance ticket to the Royal Palace of Caserta for €14.00 on the day of travel. The ticket includes access to the Royal Apartments, the Royal Park, and the English Garden, during standard Museum opening hours (except for any extraordinary closures of specific areas).

The entrance ticket, named 'Reggia Express', can be purchased at the Royal Palace ticket office in Piazza Carlo di Borbone or online via TicketOne. Online purchases are subject to the applicable service fees.

The rail service is operated by FS Treni Turistici Italiani, the FS Group railway company that operates the historic trains owned by Fondazione FS Italiane.
