Historic train from Treviso to Gorizia - Nova Gorica
Special train organized as part of the cultural tourism project Crossroads of Europe, included in the GO! 2025 program. A borderless itinerary celebrating the European Capital of Culture.
Upon arrival at Gorizia station, participants will have access to shuttle buses for a guided tour exploring the city’s most significant landmarks. The experience will take them through Gorizia’s historic center and along the former border, with highlights including the multimedia exhibition Lasciapassare/Prepustnica and the iconic Transalpina Square, a powerful symbol of unity between Gorizia and Nova Gorica.
